Oman Science Festival kicks off 1144213 SHARE MUSCAT: The first Oman Science Festival began at Sultan Qaboos University (SQU) was inaugurated by Dr Abdullah bin Mohammed al Futaisi, Advisor at SQU. Organised in cooperation with the Ministry of Education, the festival is part of SQU’s efforts aimed at providing outstanding students with opportunities for innovation and creativity, highlighting the university’s role as a think-tank in various fields including medicine by organising a lecture about clinical skills for school students at the skills lab in the College of Medicine and Health Sciences. The lecture was delivered by a number of experts in the field.
