Week about whether the games are ready to go. The bbc have been looking a different stadium, we went to the rizal memorial stadium. And events that take place ahead of the Opening Ceremony where there is such a huge number of events to get through. Theirs was pretty shambolic, there was construction work and people tacking carpet to the ground before the game. Here was a different story. The athletic stadium is really world class. The truck looks like its in Great Condition and the facilities around here are really nice, looking at the Aquatic Centre it looked tiptop. But going round the athletes village, we met some athletes who said they were happy with the way things are in there, but we have seen that three blocks are not completed. There is still some work going on there. They have been stopping the work now the athletes are arriving but we saw some work mans tools and some accommodation blocks obviously not finish there. The games begin tomorrow. The organisers will be hoping the

Guest the constitution does not say much about what the process should be. It has a couple of really important things. First, in article one, section two, it says that the house should have the sole power of impeachment. Then, in the part about the senate, it says the senate should have the sole power to try impeachments and that impeachment should be presided over by the chief justice.
