In the world of custom motorcycles, one that is clearly dominated by Harley-Davidson, having an Indian making a lasting impression on our minds is a welcomed event. At a corporate level, Indian is trying through various programs to encourage dealers and shops to come out with such unique projects, but there are some businesses out there who do it just because they can, even without official corporate backing.
One has to admit, blue is not exactly the most used color when it comes to motorcycles, be it factory-spec or custom-made ones. Yet a single look at the contraption we have here is enough to make us believe this hue would not look half bad spread on more two-wheelers.
We’re pretty sure the reason behind the name chosen for this particular custom build, Champagne, has something to do with the color sprayed on some of the body parts. To these eyes though, the name seems even more fitting given the flowing lines achieved by the bike’s handlers.
There are two main factors that go hand in hand with a custom motorcycle. The first is the fact you’ll probably end up owing a two-wheeler unlike any other in the world. The second is that it’ll cost you quite a lot.
Motorcycles have been a constant presence in the Terminator franchise, although granted, they were not given fighting roles in most of the movies, and were mostly, well, ridden. The exception is the 2009 Salvation, where monstrosities colloquially called Moto-Terminators came about, among other things.
