PETALING JAYA: Property developers will have no choice but to transfer the extra costs from the diesel subsidy rationalisation for the construction and transportation industries to high-end housing projects, says an industry member.
The Master Builders Association Malaysia (MBAM) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) in order to further strengthen their partnership since 2016 via a signing ceremony held last Friday (Nov 25). The partnership was signed between MBAM president Oliver Wee and CIOB chief executive Caroline Gumble.
