Parañaque City 1st District Rep. Edwin Olivarez announced the distribution of the 2nd batch of assistance to individuals in crisis situation (AICS) on Friday, Sept.2.
Olivarez said the second batch of 150 beneficiaries will receive their cash assistance at the Parañaque City Sports Complex at 8:00
