Belarus is considering the participation of its builders in the design
and construction projects in Astrakhan Oblast, Russia, Belarusian First

The export of construction goods to Russia has increased by 24% since the beginning of the year, First Deputy Architecture and Construction Minister of Belarus Oleg Shvets said after the opening of the Budpragres 2023 exhibition, BelTA reports.
