The Belaya Rus and United Russia political parties have plans to sign a cooperation agreement in April, Andrey Klimov, Deputy Chair of the Committee on Foreign Affairs of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, member of the Bureau of the Supreme Council of the United Russia political party, told reporters.
