Analysis of government announcements, local newspaper reports and social media posts by an independent Russian newspaper revealed that at least 317 officers have died in Ukraine.
Mikhail Nagamov, 41, the commander of a sapper regiment, died fighting in Ukraine on April 13, Russian media has reported, without saying where or how exactly he died.
