Monday – Sunday: 10.5 hrs rolling shifts currently working 08:00 - 18:30
Saturday – Sunday 0800 - 1830 with option of split shifts in future

New Early Intervention Vehicle Service
Hertfordshire Adult Social Care Services are looking for a dynamic, forward thinking Occupational Therapists and Social Workers to work in the newly established Emergency Intervention Vehicle Service supporting Older People in West Hertfordshire.
This new and exciting initiative will deliver crisis management to individuals to prevent hospital admission and reduce the risks of social care placements. You will work in collaboration with Central London Community Health Service (CLCH) Paramedics and nurses to provide holistic assessments in responding to non-life-threatening priority calls from people in their own homes or in Care.
