Charges were filed by Monroeville police unless otherwise noted: • Julius Carrington, 44, of Pitcairn with defiant trespassing. The charge was filed by Pitcairn police on Jan. 7 in connection with an incident along the 300 block of Broadway Boulevard. • Steven Staymates, 37, of Trafford with being a habitual offender, driving on the wrong side of the roadway and two DUIs. Charges were filed Jan. 13 in connection with an incident in the Monroeville shopping plaza known as Haymaker Village.
