An owner and worker at a pharmacy in Monett are facing numerous felony charges.
Shane Becker, owner of Old Town Pharmacy and Montserrat Ortega-Saucedo, a pharmacy technician were indicted together on 34 counts in Cole County.
Those charges include making false statements to receive money from the state’s Medicaid provider and forging many Medicaid recipients’ prescriptions.
