FM 2497 at Railroad Tracks Near Diboll Closed Due to Re-Planking The railroad crossing on FM 2497 in Diboll in Angelina County is closed for re-planking. Union Pacific crews are performing the work. TxDOT crews are monitoring traffic control. Motorists are urged to choose alternate routes. Detour signs on Highway 94, FM 2497, and Highway 59 are in place.
