Governor Tate Reeves has issued a State of Emergency in the counties affected by the mass storms on Friday night, which resulted in at least 23 deaths and four missing as of Saturday morning. According to the Mississippi Emergency Management Agency (MEMA), at least 13 of the 23 deaths happened.
