A Chattanooga man previously convicted of first-degree murder in an arson that killed his mother was sentenced to an additional 23 years Monday on an aggravated arson conviction.
The state of Tennessee and defense are requesting certain testimony be excluded from the upcoming murder trial of a man indicted in the 2016 death of his mother in a house fire.
