The Federal High Court, Abuja, presided over by Hon Justice Inyang Ekwo has dismissed the case filed by Senator Jimoh Ibrahim against the All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship primary election held in Ondo State on April 20, 2024.

Also, Bode Olanipekun, SAN, the counsel to the Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa also informed the court that he has also been served with the notice of withdrawal
