Christians in Kasana-Luweero have described the late Archbishop of Kampala, Dr Cyprian Kizito Lwanga, as a champion of development in the diocese where he first served.
They hailed Archbishop Kizito Lwanga for promoting development projects in health and education sectors shortly after his consecration as the pioneer bishop of Kasana-Luweero in 1997.
