Noida: The Noida Authority has begun developing an artificial zoo in the green area near Mahamaya Flyover in Sector 94 on the lines of Delhi’s Waste t.
Additionally, the committee has proposed granting additional floor area ratio (FAR) to projects on payment of additional charges to address funding gaps. Other incentives, such as increasing commercial space, may also be included in the package.
