Entrepreneur and former chief of Indian Premier League (IPL) Lalit Modi has announced that he will sue Congress leader Rahul Gandhi in a UK court over his remarks that linked him to corruption and money laundering.
Former IPL chief Lalit Modi, accused of financial irregularities in India, launched a scathing attack on Rahul Gandhi on Thursday and threatened to take the senior Congress leader.
After a series of hearings in the case, District Judge Sarah-Jane Griffiths on Thursday gave her judgement at Westminster Magistrates' Court in London.
