Uganda National Oil Co (UNOC) expects to start oil production from the Tilenga project in the first half of 2025, the company's chief executive said on Wednesday.
The value of Kuwait Oil Company's capital projects in the next five years is estimated between 11 billion and 13 billion dinars ($35.90 billion to $42.43 billion), the company's CEO, Ahmed Jaber al-Aydan, told Kuwait’s Al Rai newspaper in an interview.
The U.S. Permian basin has not seen peak production, and increases in output from the region will help to offset production declines in other basins going forward, said Occidental Petroleum Chief Executive Vicki Hollub on Wednesday.
Oman will reduce its oil output voluntarily by 40,000 barrels per day starting from May until the end of 2023, the energy ministry wrote on Twitter on Sunday. (Reporting by Moaz Abd-Alaziz; Editing by Hugh Lawson)
