The California Air Resources Board held a public workshop to preview potential changes to the groundbreaking California Low Carbon Fuel Standard program. CARB is accepting written public comments on the concepts presented in the workshop through January 7, 2022.
Every year, the California Air Resources Board (ARB) posts an Annual Crude Average carbon intensity calculation, using the the Oil Production Greenhouse Gas Emission Estimator (OPGEE) Model.
