Three years ago almost to the day, we had a debate on if the proposed Keystone Pipeline if its in the national interest. The state department was then looking at the natural interest question. And how the Keystone Pipeline created strange bed fellows there. Paul on my far left works here in washington where he covers International Affairs and security issues.
