Australian firm Nazz Investment buys vacant lots around Stark County

An Australian company now owns 30 vacant residential lots scattered around Stark County. Nazz Investment Group USA LLC acquired the parcels in early February, according to information filed with the Stark County Auditor s office. All of the properties were purchased from Pilgrim NEO, another out-of-state business. The total sale price for the 30 parcels came in at $42,526, records show. According to county records, Pilgrim REO bought the properties in January 2015. The 30 parcels were among 51 that transferred to Pilgrim REO from CapCar Realty 1, according to paperwork filed with the Stark County Recorder s office. The filing shows Pilgrim REO and CapCar Realty 1 had the same address in Boston.
