A consortium of 11 partners led by Case Western Reserve University was awarded an economic planning grant to help build out a sustainable manufacturing ecosystem as part of a new National Science Foundation program.
The funds support entrepreneurs and entrepreneurship education in Northeast Ohio. Among the most prominent grants approved was $200,000 for the Northeast Ohio Hispanic Center for Economic Development to support construction of the CentroVilla25 facility in Cleveland's Clark-Fulton neighborhood.
