Ingeborg Roark Ingeborg Roark, 86, formerly of Leesburg, passed away Sunday, March 14, 2021 at Magnolia Springs in Loveland.
She was born Nov. 5, 1934 in Wurzburg, Germany but lived most of her early years in Bad Kissingen, Germany and was the daughter of the late Ernst and Hildegard (Rothaug) Mittman.
She is survived by her husband, Rev. Charles Roark, whom she married May 29, 1954 after a romance kindled in Germany where Charles was in the service. After a separation of 18 months following their engagement, she finally arrived at New York Harbor on May 11, 1954 after an eight-day ride on the S.S. America.

Gina Russo. (Photo courtesy of the Ohio Governor s Office) Ohio Governor Mike DeWine Friday announced the appointment of Gina Russo to the Franklin County Municipal Court.
Russo, of Columbus, will assume office on March 22, 2021, and will be replacing Judge Paul Herbert, who has retired. Russo’s appointed term to the Franklin County Municipal Court will expire on Jan. 3, 2022. She will need to run for election in November 2021 for a full term commencing on Jan. 4, 2022.
Russo served as Judge for the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas from March 2019 to December 2020. In this role, she managed and presided over trials involving civil matters and felony criminal indictments. Previously, Russo served as Assistant Prosecuting Attorney at the Franklin County Prosecutor’s Office for seven years.

CLEVELAND MASS VACCINATION SITE:
The Cleveland mass vaccination site, in partnership with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), will launch on Wednesday, March 17, at Cleveland State University s Wolstein Center in downtown Cleveland. As of Thursday, more than 17,000 Ohioans have registered to receive their vaccine at the site.
