The Alliance Review Educational Service Center of Eastern Ohio received $150,000 in grant funding to expand pre-apprenticeships and alternative graduation pathways for their districts. Career counselors from the Educational Service Center of Eastern Ohio, participating districts, Ohio Carpenters’ Apprenticeship Joint Apprenticeship & Training Committee, and Builders Association of Eastern Ohio and Western Pennsylvania will be collaborating to offer this pre-apprenticeship.   Ten local school districts have partnered with the group to offer the building trades pre-apprenticeship in the 2021-2022 school year.
