OGDEN A package reported to the Ogden City Police Department on Tuesday turned out not to be a threat to public safety. According to a press release posted
OGDEN A Weber Metro Crime Scene Investigator was arrested and booked into Davis County Jail on Wednesday on suspicion of three counts of voyeurism committed against a child under 14 years of age.
Marc Swain is also facing two counts of obstruction of justice and three counts of sexual exploitation of a minor.
A probable cause affidavit states that Swain, 47, left a recording device in a bathroom on numerous occasions with the intent to capture nude images. In an interview with law enforcement, Swain said that the filming began nine months ago.
The document said a person discovered the camera facing directly toward where she would have been undressing and the camera lens was pointing directly where she undressed.
