introduced the bill to repeal and replace obamacare. time to end this nightmare. well, joining us now from washington, the co-author of politico s playbook, daniel litman. good morning to you, daniel. what happens next with the replacement plan? reporter: they are hoping to get it through the house committee in the next couple of weeks. and then it goes on to the senate. the problem a lot of people in washington believe is that house committees are going to vote on this without even knowing from the congressional budget office how much it costs and how many people are going to get how many fewer people are going to get health insurance coverage because of this plan. and that s kind of a raising hackle because shouldn t we know what we are voting on before it goes to the senate? yeah, it s my understanding they have said that the cost is just going to be paid for itself by offsetting obamacare, by repealing and replacing that, but i don t understand how that works. is that not spe
