A man according to Online Court Records has been embroiled in a long visitation custody and Child Support suit with the babys mother and family who live here where the shooting started on farmers place of temple hills. Yesterday a shocking explosion of Family Violence at the home on farmer place. That ended with a running shootout of at least six officers on branch avenue. And when it was over, Frederick Roy miller was dead, but so was their 3yearold daughter living with them in the car. Today police say that it appears despite all the police gunfire, the girl had been stabbed and shot by her own father according to initial reports from the maryland medical examiner. This after a shooting at the home where Court Records say the little girl lived in the custody of her mother and where miller has been accused of violating protective order and destroying property in the past. All this happened in the westbound lanes of the Atlantic City expressway in hamilton township, new jersey. Eyewitness News Reporter Todd Quinones is at cooper hospital where one of the injured is being treated. Todd . Reporter chris, the 45 year old driver of that pick up was flown here to cooper where right now she is listed in critical condition. 35 year old james dennis was riding in the passenger seat of his own pickup truck friday when he was killed during a crash on the Atlantic City expressway.
