Vantage Police Academy: 27 years of training officers

Four former employees â including former Fairbanks Police Chief Nancy Reeder â stepped forward to talk about gender-based discrimination in the police department to support the claim of Alana Malloy, who quit and sued the city earlier this week.
Former Detective Malloy, who has worked for the department for 16 years, left the department and filed a complaint Monday, saying that she experienced âhostility and retaliationâ after âstanding up against sexual harassment and discrimination,â according to her resignation letter and complaint filed in Alaska Superior Court.
