LOWELL Mayor Sokhary Chau and City Manager Tom Golden in conjunction with Chancellor Julie Chen at UMass Lowell, Lowell Mosaic, the Lowell Plan and the Boott Cotton Mills Museum hosted a delegation from the United Kingdom March 27-28, for a series of workshops titled, “Levelling Up Our Communities: US-UK Fact Finding Mission," and a tour of sites around the city.
