It's a community-wide effort to get a police department in Lackawanna County a K-9 officer. One small business in Scranton is going the extra mile to help.
Police said 34-year-old Danilo Barrow was arrested after police found the red Dodge Challenger he was allegedly driving in the parking lot of a hotel on Northwest Parkway.
"They have caught one of the guys and hopefully (will) have the second one soon. Thank you to all those that (helped) us catch these guys. We don’t want them back here,” according to the Wishy Washy Laundry Facebook page.
