IONIA, MI A former Lowell police officer has been ordered to stand trial on two felonies after a judge found he “unloaded his gun, basically” at a fleeing car.
Two people in the car which had just backed toward then-Officer Jason Diaz and nearly struck him were injured by bullets. One, a teen, had a graze wound to the head.
