Officer Fisher with the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop at LaPorte and Center Streets Friday, March 29th at about 6:30 in the evening on a vehicle that disregarded a stop sign. During the traffic stop, the officer determined that the driver, Jonny Zuniga-Lanza, 36, of LaPaz had never been issued a driver's license.
