HAVRE DE GRACE, MD Two new Havre de Grace police officers took the oath of office Tuesday night during the City Council meeting. Officer Christopher Klisavage and Officer Alexis Matos became official, as Mayor William Martin presided over their swearing in at Havre de Grace City Hall. Both recently graduated from the police academy and are employed by the city, Martin said. Officer Klisavage is from Port Deposit.
