据悉，2019年12月至2020年9月，乐清市对4555家中小企业开展现状环评备案工作。这批企业顺利拿到了环评审批手续，但这仅仅是翻开环保工作的序篇，落实污染治理设施建设与达标运行，是企业接下来更为重要的环保责任。
今年6月底，乐清市发布《关于限期完成现状环评整改验收的通告》，明确所有在2019年至2020年期间通过现状环评备案的企业，均应在今年9月30日前对照《建设项目现状环境影响评估报告》整改计划清单，建设配套环境保护措施、落实整改措施，并开展监测、自主验收工作。逾期未完成整改和验收的企业，温州市生态环境局乐清分局将依法依规对其进行查处。
