KUWAIT CITY, Aug 3: Following the request, submitted by the defense team representing the defendants in the case known as the “Army Fund”, for a response, the Court of Appeals presided over by Judge Yousef Al-Omran decided to suspend consideration of the case until a decision is issued on the reques
