Reporter well, terry, Berkeley Police have not released a lot in the way of details but they say it was early this morning when they were dispatched on an unresponsive male. The Berkeley Police are not releasing much in the way of details but do say the victim is male in his early 20s and pronounced dead at the scene. We did knock at the door at the Fraternity House but nobody answered. I did speak briefly with a student visiting here who said he was a member of the chapter there in Southern California and was here to offer his condolences. I also reached out to the National Organization in north carolina.
