No word how many could be trapped and what caused the collapse. Here is what the mayor said a short time ago. They were doing roof work on the building at the time. Certainly that doesnt seem like it would be the issue that would have caused it. Some of the residents at the Community Center have complained to me the new building that went up to the south used to shake the building when they were putting the pilings in. We need to look hard at what happened there and find out because buildings just dont fall down like this. We had the dogs out there probably a few hours ago over the collapsed area and were just not getting any hits which is really heartbreaking.
