(WBRC) - Verbena High School was placed on lockdown Friday morning after the Chilton County Sheriff’s Office School Resource Officer found a bomb threat written on a bathroom wall in the school. The message was found after 8:30 a.m. and the school was evacuated and placed on lockdown. The Sheriff’s Office Facebook page said the students are in a safe location. Deputies gave the all clear a few hours later.
