Abuse began in twenty fourteen until his arrest in late november the court paperwork details multiple encounters alice had with the teen in some cases showing him pornography asking for sex and touching the team in appropriately ellis was a church elder at the Deliverance Worship Center in chesapeake but the alleged assaults happened off Church Property. A pastor there says ellis had been with the place of worship for ten years and the pastor says no one at the church was aware of. Ellis is alleged wrongdoing.
