Bicyclist and garage truck around 7 30 this morning in Center City Philadelphia near 11th and spruce street. Witnesses say the bicyclist, woman who was in her 30s, was riding in the bike lane, on spruce, toward 11th, when at the intersection the garbage truck appeared to mate a right turn.
