The gas station is fairly dark, but it was an active scene about four hours this evening. Look at this sid yo. You can see this black mercedes. This is the vehicle that chp officers say a victim and his passenger were in. According to the chp, there were several bullet holes along the side of that vehicle. Chp is not certain exactly how far from this gas station on state route 242 the vehicle was shot. Thats information the driver and his passenger may be able to answer.
