Over the last week a working group of our office and Mayors Office and Affordable Housing advocates met and agreed on a Neighborhood Stabilization plan that will achieve the housing balance legislation achieving 40 percent of Housing Affordability we are be implementing this 2015 2016 and if necessary ballot measures next year were starting this process by presenting to the voter in 2014 a ballot
