Man, 21, shot to death on Camden street

A 21-year-old man was shot to death early Thursday on a street in Camden County, authorities said.
Police were called about 2 a.m. to the 1700 block of South 7th Street in Camden on a report of a shooting, according to acting Camden County Prosecutor Jill S. Mayer.
Officers arrived found a man suffering from a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead shortly after he was taken to a hospital.
The man was later identified as Alex Fernandez of Philadelphia, according to Mayer and Camden County Police Chief Gabriel Rodriguez.

Camden County detectives are investigating the death of 54-year-old Joseph Bottino, a Gloucester Township man who was found dead at a Pine Hill reservation on Dec. 23. Family members of the victim told investigators Bottino had gone hunting at the location on numerous occasions in the past.
