A congressman, 34 years old. And what youre referring to, the secretary of the army has implied that this suspect did not incur a traumatic brain injury, as is being suspected. We talked about ptsd being a possibility here. We have learned that he was being treated for depression and anxiety. And hes in the process of being diagnosed with ptsd and that takes a good amount of time. But he was being treated for depression and anxiety.
