When 21 year old cody barnes decided he didnt want his underage girlfriend to move out of the house. The younger sister tells me cody decided it was a good idea to shoot the tires of his girlfriends car so she couldnt drive away. And what were learning tonight mom told cody it was a good idea. Police say the 21year old fired multiple rounds before the girlfriend and another guy were able to drive away. Cody followed them and shot his gun more times.
