The authorities in the Chinese Capital beijing are asking people returning to the city to quarantine themselves for m days to prevent the spread of the coronavirus. State media says those who refuse will be punished. The order was issued to coincide with the end of the Lunar New Year holiday, which was extended to help contain the outbreak.
