But if we look north of market consistently we have very problematic intersections that are still yet to be resoderv. We have oak and octavia and market and ok thaiv why which are consistently the most dangerous intersections in the city. In addition to that, every morning in my neighborhood we have traffic backing up on page, haight street, laguna street, and other streets in the neighborhood with road rage drivers. I was assaulted two years ago at the corner of laguna and page and sent to the hospital with a concussion. By a road rage driver there. The point is there are many transportation issues that have still not been addressed in this area. And yet were talking about funneling money from the sale of these parcels back for Affordable Housing. Now, im a big supporter of Affordable Housing, but this notion of true up is something new to me. I was on the central freeway cac when [speaker not understood] was handling these sales and there was never any mention about a true up. And if

Its never never been about the timeline for getting the best piece of legislation that helps the most americans. Senate leaders say they hope the Congressional Budget Office will give their bill a new score after theyve made changes. They are looking at hopefully having some sort of vote after the fourth of july recess. So at this point still no timeline. Theyre just saying after the fourth of july but not exactly when they hope to have that vote. At this Point Senate Republicans are looking at using the rest of this week to try and come up with some sort of compromise. Was not the case several hours ago. This woman took video of a white big rig that got lost at the dead end at 37th street. The big rid hit a power pole and the wires fell across both areas of 880 between high and fruit roll around 1220. He keeps trying to back out. People are telling him to make a u turn but he would not listen and tried to back out. When he backed out, he hit the pole. The truck driver left the scene. She showed the video to the chp and the Highway Patrol and Oakland Police had made contact with the driver. Both southbound and northbound driver came to a standstill where traffic is bad to begin with. Luckily this happened before the start of the rush hour and no motorists were hurt. Pg e crews removed the wires including from underneath this car on the southbound side. The c hp opened the free way at 1 40. As we come back out traffic flowing on 880 in both directions and at this point, police have contacted the driver of that big rig and unclear if charges are citatio
