gone in the snap of a finger. then i ve got to go back and cut the schools in the middle of the fiscal year or i have to cut these drug programs because we re going to have a balanced budget. we re up 460,000 jobs in ohio. and people have worked, they re less likely to be on drugs. when people don t have work, when people are depressed, they don t have faith or hope, not everybody, but that s where many go. tapping more into that. i think we re in a good position now and we ll stay aggress ib on this issue. i appreciate your service, too in east liverpool.
