Godrej Properties sold inventory worth Rs 2,690 crore in its project Godrej Reserve located in Kandivali, Mumbai, in Q4 FY24. It also sold inventory worth over Rs 2,875 crore in its Gurugram’s Sector 49 project Godrej Aristocrat.
Shares of Godrej Properties Ltd (GPL) ended over 3% higher on Monday after the real estate developer said it sold homes worth over Rs 3,000 crore within three days at the launch of its project Godrej Zenith in Gurugram, Haryana. Godrej Properties shares closed 3.58% higher at Rs 2592 against the previous close of Rs 2502.30 on BSE. Earlier, the stock rose 7.58% intraday to a record high of Rs 2692.05.
Shares of Godrej Properties fell over 3 per cent today despite the real estate developer reporting a 168% rise in profit for the quarter ended June 2022. Godrej Properties stock slipped 3.13 per cent intraday to Rs 1,417.3 against the previous close of Rs 1,463.15 on BSE.
Shares of Godrej Properties rose over 2% today after the real estate developer said it has achieved FY 22 sales worth Rs 1,002 crore for its township project Riverhills in Mahalunge, Pune. The share rose 2.66% intraday to Rs 1,639.65 on BSE. Godrej Properties stock opened higher at Rs 1,601 against the previous close of Rs 1,597.20 on BSE. The stock has gained 10.44% in three sessions. The share has gained 30.08% since the beginning of this year and gained 56.68% in one year.
